I am trying to pass the calculated results like generation rate profiles (calculated by lumerical) to sentaurus.
But according to the user guide, sentaurus only accept .tdr file, and I cannot convert my results calculated by other commercial software to .tdr file.
Also the description of the structure of the .tdr file in the user guide is too brief to understand how do I rewrite my own results in .tdr format.
