Hi,
I am trying to detect the presence of some objects of different colors using Slotted IR sensor. When the red color object comes, the rays from the transmitter is not blocked and hence the receiver receives the transmitter signal and the object is not detected.
So i want to go with the optical sensor in slotted manner.
What is the difference between the IR sensor and Optical sensor?
Please suggest me some part number of optical sensor pairs...
