Assumptions:
  • simple construction
  • dimensions that allow to replace the original driver
  • the possibility to add a temperature sensor

The device is controlled by Attiny2313. Buz11 act as transistors, 3 diodes indicate the current state of the device.

Program was written in Bascom. When the driver receives the start signal 1 minute, it lights the spark and doses fuel, and when the spark is lit – goes to the heating sequence. When the processor gets the stop signal, fan cools the chamber of devast about 3 minutes and then goes into Standby mode.
Board was made in thermal transfer method.

Elements used:
  • Attiny2313
  • Buz11
  • diodes
  • Ark connectors
  • stabilizer 7805
