The same for which parts?

If you are referring to actual resistors instead of 0-ohm jumper, series inductance may possible vary according to laser trimming patterns.
 

Is there a way to get a simple model of this resistors? (i can measure them with a nwa)

I dont see how an impedance curve with µH inductance range should be related to a 0603 0 ohm resistor.
