I want to know about the methods to measure the parasitics R,C,L values for different packages to be used in SpecctraQuest.
Any help us appreciated in advance.
If you want to know the paracitics for package, you need to know the architecture of the package in 3D and then use Q3D (Ansoft) to simulate the circuit and then extract the circuit. It's very complicated progress. You should familiar with package materials very much. Usually we ask the package vender to provide the model.
