parasitic RF detection simulation in xSpice tools

Are there tools to test RF immunity of audio circuits, which are able to simulate parasitic RF detection in low frequency components?
Are simulation models used in those tools realistic enough to reproduce RF detection process ? I do not want to analyse the physical design EMC for now , just to define few point to inject RF signal and see active circuit reaction. Components used simple LM358 and 217 Hz modulated GSM phone frequency.

There are articles , as one example below :

but it is better to know experience regarding subject and information about availability of simulation models capable of RF detection modeling for most of the active components.
