Hi all,

I am using StarRC parasitic extraction (.spf file) for extracting geometry information of a layout. Can someone explain what is the meaning of a bounding box for a node?

For a node, I get following information:

*|S (VDD:346 231.42 127.056) // $llx=230.992 $lly=127.056 $urx=231.852 $ury=127.514 $lvl=10

The StarRC manual says that a node is represented by a bounding box with coordinates ($llx,$lly,$urx,$ury).

Thanks,
Amit
