Which order of TC in the Pipeline AD reference circuit are your choise?
10 ppm order or 100 ppm order?

most reference has more good TC.
I think 10 ppm is better.how many bits is your ad?

It depond on your spec.

10ppm is diffcult to reach unless you trim it

The bandgap circuit supplies refence voltage for 10 bit pipeline AD.
And my result is 2.2mv variable from 273k to 352k in typical model.

In my simulation, 40ppm is reached from -40C~110C with the SPEC of 100ppm.
