I asked about this in Elementary Electronic Questions but nobody answer me.
Could you help me

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

My bro told me that if I want increase current for my motor driver -->I can simply connect 2 or more for highr current .Is it right ?
Here I have L298 ,LMD18201 ,TA7288P . the cost is ~ 5$ ; 4$ ; 0,6$ .So I want use TA7288P for cheaper project . Beside that L298 is dual bridge 2A but haven't got diode ,LMD18201 have internal diode but only bridge 3A ,TA7288P is three half bridge 1A and have internal diode .

Personally I always advocate against paralleling devices which are not on the same die, with the exception of the MOSFETS. Paralleling two TA7288 may work, since they seem to have current limiting.

However, my advice is to buy adequate drivers, not parallel two with lower ratings.
What is the current that you need?

I need IC driver have output current about 2A per channel but It's better if 3A

The L298 can drive 3A motors, but the current limit has to be implemented externally. It does not have diodes, either.

You know ,because my money is not much,so I want reduce cost . -->I still want to use Ta7288P in type parallel . Now I want to use L298 too .Can I get the sample IC from ST
