panasonic tc29
hi all plz i need help i have a panasonic tv model tc-29xxx(idont know the other number of the model(XXX) bcz its erased)when switch the standbye switch the stanbye led is ON for 2 second then its off i change the voltage regulator str6654 and still the same i check the voltage rgulator se140 ther is no voltage at its pin between 1 and 3(input and ground)(the voltage is present only when switching stanbye bottom for 2sec then back to zero),i think the problem happen when the tv was in stanby mode at night and a thunder cause a problem in electrcity now any one can help or can till me the panasonic model which use str6654 on its power section thxxxxxxx
