Palm Infrared Oscilloscope

I know there is a product in the market from V*ito. But they don't give any try software for testing.

Is there any other palm application can be use to sampling infrared signal for study?

Or anyone here is starting developing palm application for this purpose. If you have any info, please share here, maybe we can develop a application that can be use to sampling infrared signal.
