This basic script for Mentor Graphics PADS creates a Pick&Place Centroid file in MS Excel.
I have included a junk pcb file as an example.

This is an update to fix issues with parts labeled TP that has no part value and a few other fixes. Pads-PCB_ Pick & Place(Centroid)_BasicScript_Updated.zip
