P*D 15.0 NOT for Win98

This version is not for Win98SE!
Is there any way out?

Capture 10.0 is a little more intelligent.
About other modules...pls contribute your views.

yes Cadence PSD 15 will not get installed om Win95 platform it want Nt platform.

Does that mean even orcad family of tools will also not install in win98.
I know that concept,allegro and other tools NT is a must but what about the oracd family of tools.
