i am try to develop an overload indication circuit for 230v ac motors. in my idea seance the amount of current flowing through the motor wires. is its works? . i am try to use hall effect sensor for finding amount of current flow. Do you have any other ideas for this . i want to make this in low cost .. please help to to solve this

It is a good idea to measure it's current . but hall effect sensors are a bit expensive . ( for judgement regarding what way is optimum for you , you should talk regarding maximum allowed current of your motor .)
Thus you can choice the best way !
For example if it is low current a simple resistor can be ok . ( high wattage ) if it is a bit higher , CT would be ok too . if it is more than that , hall effect would be ok . ( CT is ok too ) . clamp method is ok too .

A thermal circuit breaker would be a simple solution, often used for motors of home appliances. If you have specific requirements like very exact or automatical reset protection, you should tell. Goldsmith already discussed different measurement options. For a motor, you'll most likely want a delayed function filtering inrush currents.
Yes for 8 amperes a simple CT would be ok . ( however a low value resistor can be used too e.g 0.1 ohms or lesser but it will be a bit dissipative hence CT is more reasonable )
With current transformer (CT ) you can easily take sample from your current , and then process it .
Good luck
