Supply assumptions
  1. shutters with their own motors with own SW limit off switches
  2. a local switch in every room plus a switch near the main door
  3. all hidden in wall – with only the display and control buttons outside
  4. all cables come to one place (even that one from the photoresistor)
Panel tasks
  1. every shutter open/close information
  2. information from the photoresistor
  3. settings
  4. shutter steering
  5. opportunity to connect radio receiver and other sensors
The main board consist of Atmega32, Atmega8, a RTC PCF8583P with a battery, the display, the photoresistor, steering buttons (up, down, ok) and some gold pins to connect the shutters.
Settings (press ok for 2 seconds)
  1. date and time
  2. on/off shutter steering from photoresistor
  3. on/off shutter “repeal” function (on set time)
  4. sensor calibration
Shutters on the display
  1. arrow up – opening
  2. arrow down – closing
  3. full rectangle – closed
  4. half full rectangle – repealed
  5. empty rectangle - opened
Shutter driver tasks
  1. opening, closing and stop – locally
  2. sending information from and to coils
  3. setting the time for opening each shutter
  4. setting on/off the option to repeal each shutter
  5. possibility to steer a shutter in the next room
Shutter driver work
  1. short pressing – opening/closing
  2. pressing in shutter work – stop, and next pressing work in the opposite direction
  3. longer pressing – running the shutter in the next room
The device accounts priorities – when steered locally, the information from the central is ignored and when steered from central, the steering from the main door is ignored.
The operation of closing/opening all shutters works sequentially – 200ms delay between shutters.
