An Inverter gives a logic high output when a logic low input is given and a logic low output when a logic high input is given. What will be the output when the input to the inverter is Z(High Impedence)?

It depends entirely on the design of the inverter. Some have a weak pull-up or pull-down so it goes to a known state if the input is disconnected but some will just 'float' with an indeterminate and possibly fluctuating output.
