Hi my friends,

Please, can some one on you explain on me how inM3²=B inM2² if M3 et M2 are two similar Pmos transistors and inM2² and inM3² are the output current noise of M2 and M3. Why it is not inM3²=B² inM2² ??

Thank you in advance

noise is not mirrered, but generated in local mos. where did you get this from? text book?

but on the other hand, if the source have the current noise n, then the output current noise ratio is rough in ratio as the current mirror
