Cheapest Bode Plot generator cct in a tiny box with no monitor, that I have seen was sold for a few k$ in LF range. Any scope can then be used to display Log A vs f or phase vs f.
although, when I started to design in the 70's , I used a Wavetek FM gen input controlled by scope X axis ramp out from rear. Then used dual trace to compare gain of envelope for gain margin by looking at 0 deg phase on delayed zoom sweep.
later in disk drive production factory in 80's we used HP log signal level meters, phase detectors and HP sweep gen to plot servo Bode Plots.
cheapest way is the embedded Bode Plot boxes for a few $k or DIY design.
