Is anyone who know how to set a component's pin as no connected ????

pls i need your help

Yes , i know that when i set the no connected pin an x will appear at these pins. The quenstion is how to add this X ?????

Click on the symbol on your toolbar and add it to your pin. Maybe read the help file....

When you activate the "X" function on the toolbar, clicking the cursor on the pin will alternately set the pin to no connect or clear the no connect. It "toggles" the pin between the two states. There are also ways to set a bunch of pins to no connect in a "batch mode" but this is advanced and too complicated to describe here. For this, definitely refer to the Help. There is another way to set this "property" of an individual pin but you want to use the cursor function (trust me).

How about do nothing with it.

If a component pin is not connected then why do you feel the need to do something with it?

Good question. In OrCad, a pin is explicitly marked as "not connected" to keep automated design checking from indicating an error when it sees a pin which is not connected to anything. This is the only reason. The design checking is a very powerful tool to find common errors in a schematic. Marking unconnected pins in this way is an important step in using the tool.
