Hello , I Know if It can import the netlist from Orcad to modify the circuit Printed Already Made Altium ?

I file orgine made ​​orcad capure .
While the PCB was made ​​of Altium .

I would like to know if there is a way to make changes in orcad and import Altium PCB ( Layout ) only the netlist generated .
