Hello every one

I would like to discuss with you the reliability of cadence Orcad, is the work done by Orcad is accepted by the industry standards ? can we publish a paper on international journal like Ieee with the work simulated by Orcad?
if the answer is yes then why people is paying thousands of dollars to work with Cadence Virtuoso and MentorGraphic ??
