Does anyone use the TCL utility to export intelligent pdf files from OrCAD Capture?

I was initially able to get this to work, but no longer...

Original setup:

OrCAD 16.3
Ghostscript 9
Adobe 9.4

When executing the utility, I would use "Ghostscript/equivalent" for the PS to PDF converter, and change the path to gswin32c.exe.

This worked no problem for a few days. Now, however, the utility crashes, with an error message: "Postscript Driver not found." This is not a path issue (that gives a different error). The utility is also creating a 0kb ps file in the project output directory before crashing. Has anyone seen this, and if so, how were they able to fix it?

I really hate it when I find some ancient post on a forum like this where someone has (had) exactly the same problem I now have, and there is no solution posted. I was unable to figure out why my setup originally worked, but the attachments show a pretty robust setup to make sure it will always work. For anyone who is interested, follow these steps, broken down into pretty basic instructions (ignore references to "in this directory" -- this is taken from a document I wrote for other users on my network. Just go out and download the specified files -- they are all freely (and legally) available on the web). The first file details how to set up the environment. The second details how to actually create the pdf's.

Hope this helps at least one other person out there...
