opnet-16 free license for LTE simulation

Hello every one .. I need opnet 16 for LTE voice over ip simulation for my graduation project
.. but of course I can't purchase the license and uni program doesn't replay to me.
Any one has a way to get that software?????????????

hey wait for some time if u have registered as student on opnet's website it will take some time to generate student license.

Thank u for replay ,, the point is I don't know if they can offer the license to the university I study in .
I'm afraid that I'm wasting my time by waiting .
and that's way I'm looking for other ways

Academic edition is not version 16 .
my graduation project is on (voice and video over LTE ),,the simulation can only done with opnet-16 and above versions .
