Opinions on Metcal PS800 device

Metcal PS800

How many have used/tested this device already?
Maybe already with lead-free components/solder-wire?

Need some final remarks before deciding which metcal to order..though the bigger one with 750 euros is mostly out of my budget..but if the PS800 is just comparable to my Weller WTCP soldering iron then there is no need to switch for me.

I have used the metcal soldring eqipment don't remember the part number for 4 years praiod - and i think it's ONE of the best soldering eqipment on the market - I dont use there desolering eqipment so i can't recomend it

PS800 is the best, i use the 5mm screwdriver head bit.with a little practice this Bit can be used to even solder small Pad diameters (use it vertically) the Gun heats up in approximately 12 seconds.
