I have a quenstion about what is the relationship between opertating frequency of circuits and CMOS process ft?
There is a 0.35um RF COMS technology. Its ft is about 24GHz. What is the maximal operation frequency can be designed with this process in PA, mixer and LNA etc.? And Why?
