opamp characteristics measurement

i have recently received the first tapeouts for an opamp.and i want to do measurements.

any good references on the suitable test setups?

Have a look at Opamp chapter in Alan Holberg Book. It is really very helpful.

yes you are right, allen has good measurement cct....opamps for everyone does not.
