OPAMP as an integrator

Hello is there any OPAMP that i can use as an integrator which can have low inpuit ranges? Even for 1uA??

I have used the OP-7c in HPSICE but it can handle currents only above 20mA..

Not sure about the idea, but if you want a opamp with low impedance, find one with jfet input.

Sounds that something is wrong. That's not an opamps kind of limitation. I always heard of maximum (output) currents but minimum current make realy no sense.

Thank you for your answer. I will try to find some with jfet. Or I will put an amplifier before it.

OPAMP as an integrator

It seems that i have find an cmos differential amplidier that will do the job.

Another question is, how will I set the values of the R and C to the Integrator to give me the exact integration to its output?

Added after 3 hours 39 minutes:

Nop the differential cannot drive the opamp (OP-7c)..
