For Op-amps , I see trim pots either on the non inverting or inverting inputs tied with a trim pot to ground and to supply voltage

When you see this , is this biasing, DC offset voltage or DC component?

What do you want to trim??

Single opamps have offset adjust pins where you connect a pot.
Most opamp circuits have their input biased at half the supply voltage (or ground if there is a dual-polarity supply) by two resistors, not a pot.
Sometimes a pot is used to adjust the amount of gain.
Sometimes a pot is used as a volume control.

No, not the trim pots that are on the feedback resistor to adjust the gain or on the output of the op-amp

They are trim pots in parallel with either the non-inverting or inverting inputs connected to DC supply or ground

What are those used for?

Example#1, what is the trimpot , DC offset or biasing?

Its called OFFSET VOLTAGE, scroll down and read and look at the diagrams because I see theses trim pots a lot in schematics to adjust an offset voltage which I don't know what that is

http://electronics.stackexchange.com/questions/34071/how-do-i-correct-offset-voltage-of-opamps-which-have-no-explicit-offset-null-pin

Why do you ask when the website you posted shows you how to adjust the offset voltage?

Why do you ask when the website you posted shows you how to adjust the offset voltage?

Because I don't know much about this, what is the website talking about and have you guys seen these trim pots configured like this, and what are they used for, and what kind of circuits have you seen them in?

give me examples
