op amp operation

Just a quick simple question about the op-amp, just like the uA741

Supposed the input common-mode voltage is about 1V, what will be the output of the op-amp, if the op-amp has no DC power input, or just have the negative power input -5V with positive 0V?

Thanks.

power supply operation

A lousy old 741 opamp was designed 41 years ago to use a 30V power supply voltage. It barely works when the supply is 10V. Most will not work when the supply is only 5V.

Their input common-mode range is 4V more positive than the negative supply and 4V more negative than the positive supply.
