Can somebody please explain exactly how this op-amp configuration works?

Hi,
this is a simple "SINGLE-SUPPLY, RAIL-TO-RAIL
OPERATIONAL AMP" from ca. 350Hz up to ~KHz(!)(maybe, if the load is higher as i.e.2KOhm!), gain= 1001x & output has a DC bias of middle of Vsupply...
I would use it not over a gain of 100x, than can cou have a assumed bandwidth of 3-4KHz.
