Hi ,

I'm trying to reverse engineer this opamp circuit . The input is hall effect sensor that measures input current . As i simulate i notice only the top op amp appears to be doing anything while the bottom is saturated at 0. If this is case what's the point of the bottom op amp?

Hi,

I agree. I also think it´s a full wave rectifier ... followed by some kind of averaging filter.
But really badly designed. A lot of parts and effort for poor performance. Especially when there is a full wave rectifier example in the OP datasheet. Way more simple and with better performance.
