OP AMP calculation ,I need your help to find out V1,V2 and V3 voltage.

The expression is 100Y = 30V1+59V2+11V3,my friend answer is v1=1v,v2=2v,v3=3v,but I don't know he how to get it,
anybody can try to solve it.thanks

You're not given V1 or V2 or V3 or Y so it's impossible to calculate any values for them.

Maybe you misunderstood the question. The writing on the attachment says: "Can use any combination of inverting amplifier, non-inverting amplifier and summing amplifier". That suggests that you are supposed to design the circuit, not guess what the inputs will be.
