I've built a Gm-C filter but its linearity degrades with frequency can anybody guide me to identify the reason and solve this problem

I am only familiar with the theory, but.

Gain of all op amps drops off near corner frequency.
This drives op amp into non linearity.

Either use higher corner frequency op amp or limit Vin after derating the Gm.
You might want to add a gain stage after the filter if you are reducing Vin.
