Obtain total output capacitance in Virtuoso

From analog books and papers I have read that the total output capacitance of this

circuit is

Ctotal = CL+CDB_T9+CGD_T9+CDB_T8+CGD_T8

My question is: Searching "Results Broswers" there are two capacitance CGD and

CDG.Obvioussly these capacitance are mutual and different each other

Which capacitance (CGD or CDG????) should i use in the above equation in

order to obtain the correct total output capacitance?Below i upload

the relevant circuit (Opamp)

use Cdg,that means gate voltage changes with drain voltage.

It seems reasonably to use Cdg parameter. But take a look at this paper......
