NULLOR CONCEPT

HI ALL,

Can anyone tell me what NULLOR(nullator and norrator) is and what is the advantage in having both voltage and current as zero in the nullator circuit. We can have a plain wire instead..??

Apprecaitive responses to this would be great and helpful as well
