How to find NTC resolution? Because at higher temperature, the resistance change is very nonlinear and the same is the voltage change. Pls refer below image -

In this scenario, how to find the resolution above 80 deg C?
 
Using NTC for temperature measurements (e.g. heating and cooling is state) of the art. Your measurement circuit has to be designed so that intended resolution is achieved over the range of interest. Although resolution of the sensor is infinite, temperature accuracy is limited due to component tolerances. Measurement range of -40 to 120 °C can be achieved with about 1 K resolution usingh 16 Bit ADC and simple voltage divider circuit.
