Hello everybody

I want to show the effects of the NQS transistor, I did a simple ac simulation like this

**broken link removed**

but it seems no difference between the QS and the NQS models

here is the drain current (magnitude and phase)

magnitude

phase

the shapes are pretty the same, I was expecting some extra pole ?

is there any configuration or simulation allowing to see those NQS effects
