A NOR flash memory chip example: ST M29W640FT 706 H can retain all data for how many years stored at 35-36C temperature? (A maximum of 10 writes and erases were used on this chip)

I used a maximum of 10 erase-write cycles and store chip solded in pcb with firmware the temperature here varies from 34-36C on average. Will the retention of data stored in this memory be high?

I know that flash memory needs frequent access to reform the electrical charge that holds the data, is there a difference between NOR flash x NAND flash?
