3310 psu

Hi everyone!
i want to connect a Nokia 3310 with an mcu. How can i connect the phone to a power supply and take of the battery. I tried but it didnt work. the battery has 4 pins
--> +3.6V
--> Bat Sense
--> Thermistor
--> Gnd
I think that the problem is that the pins Bat Sense and Thermistor weren't connected anywhere. How can i bypass them?
also how can i calculate the current at the transmitting mode and the receiving mode?
can i find the current consumption in any data sheet?

Thanx
