Hi guys:
anybody has that problem when doing the noise simulation for the equivalent gamma, the value you get is smaller than 2/3?
my value is 0.4~0.6 (UMC 130nm technology, PMOS). this is a very strange value, right? it should not be less than 2/3, because it is the ideal value.
i do not know whether there are some errors of my testbench. my circuit set up is like this: L=360nm,Vdd=1.2, Vgs=0.6 (DC source), Iprobe is used at the drain.
after doing the noise simulation, i use the noise density @20MHz, devided by 4KTgm.
who can figure out where is the problem? or the noise model (BSIM3V3.2.4)used in this technology is not accurate?
thanks in advance
