hi,

when i connect a circuit with CRO. every time i get noise on cro weather it's circuit or output pin of microcontroller. noise is very small approx. 100mV. i want to remove this noise. how to remove this noise.

It depends on where the noise is coming from. It could be that your oscillator ground is not connected properly. It could be that you actually have noise from the circuit. If you have high value resistors without any bypass capacitors it could be thermal noise from the resistors.
You have to find out the cause of that noise first and then think about eliminating it.

Even a GHz oscilloscope with open high impedance input doesn't produce 100 mVpp thermal noise. So we should better refer to your other explanation.

the probe itself is having some mild error in it check the continuity of the probe and check what resistance offered and also check whether the gnd and the positive of the probe has some short ckt in between thwm

they can produce some noise

try to use a different probe and verify your noise levels if noise is reduced then problem is in your probe
