i have a project about noise effects in vlsi design, so i need some

hi

any kind of noise that may effect in a chip such as thermal noise, current noise, shot noise, flicker noise , for example the resistors in a chip may produce thermal noise and have effect on other elements, how can we avoid of this in desing, and any other papers about noise.
