corner frequency

Hello,
I would like to know if there is a simple way to get the value of noise corner frequency for a mosfet in cadence spectre simulator

Thank you for your help!

flicker noise corner frequency

you can check the af kf value inside the model

spectre thermal noise

By corner frequency, I mean the frequency were flicker noise and thermal noise are equal.
And I would like to avoid calculating by hand so I just wanted to knew if it was possible with Cadence spectre simulator

1/f noise corner frequency simulation

I don't think you can get it directly from Cadence. You have to plot the output noise spectrum and then find the intersection of the extrapolated 1/f and white noise lines.
