Hi,
Why are there no plastic body TO247 FETs.?
It makes them so much more awkward to heatsink.

Why are there - apparently - so few people, who can search the internet ?

Under active products I find many ISOPLUS247 (clip mounting) and few ISO247 (screw mounting) devices. Reason for small portfolio is
probably that screw mounting isn't compatible with large creepage plus low thermal resistance expected with TO247.
