No output from regulator curcuit

I get 0 volts out, the transformer is putting out 15vac.
The IC is a (PQ)120RDA2.

its better to increase c68uf

Exactly; because its a 2A regulator & its to assume that your output current is more as 100 mA - you can/should calculate with so 2200uF / Amper...
