No layers in layer selection window

I've created a new layout cell in my library and when i open i couldn't see the
layers in layer selection window. How could i get the normal layers in it?

Please help me out.

Hi sunny_pol,

This could be because you don't have the display.drf file in your work area or
you have not attached the techfile to the library you are working on. Do check both of this and your problem would be solved.
