hii,
I am working for a project and the basic goal of this project is to make AC to DC rectifier with 4 NMOS devices. There has to be a pulse generator for NMOS biasing within few neno second (just like PWM). The output of the rectifier has to be about 15 V. I have tried a lot to design it, but failed...
Plz help me.
