This version is little simplified.
LED blinking code:
Normal operation:
green led - charging, red - discharging.
red blinking at mistake:
1 - time over
2 - overheat (not used in this version)
3 - overvoltage (U>1.6V)
4 - high resistance of the battery
5 - mistake at determination of the current (OCR1>200)
6 - undervoltage (U<0.4V)
7 - no growing of the voltage on battery.
Device management.
One button for begin charging second for discharging or cancelling.
Simultaneous striking of the buttons causes charging after discharging.
