new version SCL and old lic

Sorry for my troublesome if somebody has asked the same question before.

It's pretty easy for veteran, I believe. In the new version SCL, hostid ANY is not supported any more in some lic. so here comes the issues, if I have a lic for specific flexlmid, can applications running on some other Unix machines check the lic out from this specific machine? If not, I can only run the application on this specific machine, is that the case? Crazy!

nobody knows this? Just make it simple: how to use the lic bounding to a machine? Thanks.
