New to programming.... Need help reading status of DIP Sw

Hello all!,

I am very new to programming.... Im having trouble with reading the status of a DIP Switch.... I have a 2 switch dip switch and need to have 4 possible settings connected to ra2 and ra3 that are pulled HI with pull-ups so, i need to read the status of ra2 and ra3 and CALL 4 sep routines...... any help or ideas???? thanks!

What are ra3 and ra2? are u working with a µC? whith a mother board?
